Vinay Pareek

Vinay has over 9 years of experience in core Merchant Banking activities. He has been associated with 25+ SME IPOs and 5+ Mainboard IPOs. Apart from handling multiple M&A transactions, he has handled over 200 financial securities valuations.

He started his career with Sarthi Group and later moved on to setup the Merchant Banking division of Khambatta Securities. As a VP & Compliance Officer of Khambatta, he was responsible for IPO filings, due diligence & approvals, along with liaisoning with statutory bodies such as stock exchanges, SEBI and RBI.
