Aastha is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. She has done Masters in Commerce in Business Policy and Corporate Governance and has completed her Bachelors in Commerce from University of Delhi.

She has an experience of 3 years in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. She has handled both Equity and Debt Issues on both Main Board and SME Platform. She has also done Open Offer of a listed company. She has been involved in Merger & Acquisition Transactions
